Pricing and Ordering
Most prices shown are for one day charge, which includes one day to pick up, one day of use and one day to return, excluding Holidays and Sundays during the winter season. If you wish to rent an item for an extended period of time, please call for a rate quote.
Rates are subject to change. However, reservations are honored at quoted prices.
While our inventory is extensive, availability is subject to quantities on hand minus reservations. Reservations are recommended in order to guarantee availability of items. (Deposits are required.)
Reductions or deletions will be accepted until 48 hours prior to delivery or customer pick up. After that, orders are packed and staged. A restocking charge may be charged for any deletions or reductions made less than 48 hours prior to delivery or customer pick up.
Additions are gladly accepted at any time. All additions made within 48 hours of delivery or customer pick up will be invoiced as a separate order. If the addition is made on a delivery order after the delivery truck has left, an additional delivery charge will be added.
All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.
* Special order items require 2 week advance notice reservation.
Payment and Deposits
Reservations require a minimum deposit of 25% at the time of reservation to confirm the deposit. Payment in full is due one week prior to the event. All reservation deposits will be applied against the rental invoice total.
* Certain seasonal and special order items may require a non-refundable payment in full for rental.
Shortages must be reported prior to the event or contract quantities will be considered accurate.
Delivery and Pick up
Our service charge for delivery and pickup from our loading dock to your door. Requests differing from this will require advance notice and may incur additional charges. If you desire, set up and knock down services are available at an additional charge. Please ask for quotes.
Delivery hours are normal store operating hours. We are happy to accommodate deliveries or pick ups that require services outside these hours. These off hour services may require an additional charge. We ask that all requirements different than our normal delivery hours be discussed with our office staff in advance.
Upon delivery, we ask that the renter or their representative be present to verify delivery quantities. If this is not possible, please notify our office staff in advance and help us make arrangements to ensure that our delivery service can meet both of our requirements.
In the event that a signature is not available, the contract quantities will be considered delivered in full. Any shortages must be reported prior to the event.
Please allow one half hour on pick up and returns at our store. This time is for completing the appropriate paperwork and verifying all quantities.
Returns
Responsibility for all rental items remain with the customer from time of delivery or customer pick up to pick up or customer return. Customers are responsible for all loss, abuse and misuse. Customers declining the damage waiver will also be responsible for accidental breakage. All items must be secured and protected from adverse weather.
Prior to pick up, all tables, chairs and other rental equipment should be gathered to a secure location for convenient pick up. All china must be scraped clean of food debris and all glassware must be emptied of liquids and each item packed in its appropriate rack. Linens must be shaken clean and returned in the provided linen bag. Items returned with food debris or linens not shaken out prior to return may be assessed an additional charge.
Damage Waiver
As a service to you, we offer an optional damage waiver. If you choose to accept this waiver, you will be relieved of accidental damage to the rented items on your contract, excluding theft, misuse or abuse, theft by conversion, intentional damage, mysterious disappearance and failure to care for the items as a prudent person would their own property. If you choose to decline the waiver you must do so prior to your rental period. If declined, additional charges not contracted for may be levied for any breakage.
